We have created a learning model that builds memory and  impact at every step.

Our Process

How We Help Step Into What's Next

This isn’t a five-year plan.

You need clarity, a few brave first steps, and someone in your corner who sees who you really are —  even if you’re still remembering that yourself.

 Our process is simple, human, and built around courageous action, not pressure or performance.

Our methodology has three parts:

Step 1: Start Where You Are

Attend our complimentary introductory workshop

Step 2: The Courage Collaborative: Reimagining the Path of Purpose

Small Group Gatherings of 6 participants, please register here:

We help you unpack what’s been calling you, even if it’s only a whisper. Together we explore your story, your gifts, and the life you actually want to build next — one that aligns with your values, your pace, and the significance you want to create.

Each group meets for six weeks. Since the work is collaborative, sounding boards and vast experience inform the ideas presented. Resources and next steps are defined and measured.

One on One Coaching – Because you can’t Google your way through a life transition!

You’ve accomplished a lot – maybe more than you ever thought possible.

But now? The ground beneath your feet feels unfamiliar.

Maybe your career ended before you were ready. Perhaps you thought that travel, time with grandkids, and golf would be enough… but you miss the sense of purpose.

It’s possible that you are grieving a loss, or simply asking, Is this all?
This isn’t about productivity.

It’s about needing better clarity, a sense of purpose, and the courage to move forward – especially when the old roadmaps no longer apply.

“This was the first time I didn’t feel like I had to perform or explain myself. I left each session feeling more myself — and more ready to take action.”

Step 3: Practice Courage in Real Life

Try new things. Make decisions. Take risks with support.

Through storytelling, experiential learning, and small weekly challenges, you’ll start building the inner muscles that move you from “What now?” to “Why not me?”

You don’t have to do it all at once. You just have to keep showing up.

What Our Process Can Do for You:

✅ Untangle what you’re feeling — so you’re not stuck in a loop of confusion, guilt, or self-doubt

✅ Reclaim your voice — especially if you’ve been silencing your desires to keep the peace

✅ Identify what’s next — not just what’s expected, but what’s yours

✅ Take small, brave steps — even when the big picture still feels foggy

✅ Build a life that feels like you — not a role you’re supposed to play

You don’t need a 10-year plan.
You need a trusted companion for the stretch of road you’re on now — someone who sees your courage even when you forget you have any left.

What You'll Experience:

Our small group coaching circle is part support system, part laboratory.

Over six weeks, you’ll explore key inner skills — and practice courage in small, doable ways.

Each week focuses on a theme:

* Awareness

* Listening

* Curiosity

* Connection

* Appreciation

* Play

You’ll reflect, share, and try real-life experiments that help you shift from “stuck” to “engaged” — even if your next chapter is still taking shape.
“This group gave me back my voice. And for the first time in a long time, I’m using it to shape what’s next — not just react to what’s gone.”

What You'll Gain:

Logistics:

• Weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions for 6 weeks

• Group size limited to 6–10 participants

• Includes journaling prompts, courage challenges, and light coaching

• Optional community check-in between sessions

Founder Of Share Your Courage

You thought retirement would feel like freedom. But now that you’re here—downsized, in transition, or simply done with the corporate grind—it doesn’t feel like a victory. It lacks purpose- feels a bit empty.

This journey started many years ago when I became aware of the importance of courage and how excavating and sharing courage could invite, inspire, engage,  make safe, and deepen relationships at any level. It has been a long journey with many challenges: career success, entrepreneurship, divorce, betrayal, the death of a child and starting over.

Curious to see how Courage can be a transformative for your growth?
