TINY STEPS BIG IMPACT

Reimagine a New Path

Everyone told you retirement would be the reward. But nobody warned you about the restlessness. The silence. The identity crisis. The network that disappeared.

You don’t miss the grind. But you do miss the challenge. The conversations. The purpose

You want your next chapter to mean something. You just  have no idea where to start.

Our Mission

We provide a guided collaborative pathway to imagine and create your last chapter as your very best.

This journey started many years ago when I became aware of the importance of courage and how excavating and sharing courage could invite, inspire, engage,  make safe, and deepen relationships at any level. It has been a long journey with many challenges: career success, entrepreneurship, divorce, betrayal, the death of a child and starting over.

Every act of significance begins with a moment of courage.
